On-Line Banking

If this is your first time using home banking, you will need your member number, and the temporary password provided by our staff.  Contact us if you need to be registered for on-line banking or if you have forgotten your password/account number  call us at  909.869.6800 or staff@calpolyfcu.org.

A few tips to aid you in registering for Multi-Factor Authentication.  It is recommended that you watch the "Enrollment Process Video."  This video will take you step-by-step through the enrollment process and is located right under the sign-in.  

For security purposes, you will enter your password/PIN using your mouse on a "virtual keyboard."  This security feature protects your password from key-logging Trojan viruses.   When entering your password, be sure to highlight the key and click your mouse to populate the password field.  Passwords are case sensitive, so be sure you are highlighting the correct upper or lower case letter or number/symbol.

• CPFCU VISA - EZ Card  This site allows our VISA members to access their VISA account, to make payments and to check out recent activity. 
  
• Verified by VISA  It is highly recommended our members register their VISA accounts with Verified by VISA.  This site offers card holders an added level of security when shopping on-line. 
  
• MasterCard Secure Code It is highly recommended our members register their MasterCard debit cards at this site.  MasterCard Secure Code offers card holders an added level of security when using their card on-line.
  
• Liberty Check Reorder  Members can reorder checks on this site.  Check out the latest check designs.  Please note for member's first check order you must contact the credit union or send your request in an e-mail to staff@calpolyfcu.org.
